How long does my order take to ship?

Our business has just started and it’s an exciting time. We appreciate the lack of defined timelines can be frustrating. First shipments of product are expected to arrive in Australia within the next 6 months with subsequent distribution happening within a few months from then. We encourage you to place a pre-order to reserve a product from the coming shipments to minimise delays in receiving your next 360 Product

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer shipping to North America. Please refer to our sellers here.

If you are located anywhere in the Asia Pacific that is outside of Australia, please make an enquiry and we will determine options for you.

What is your return policy? 

The return policy is strictly 30 days. Products that are returned with no damage or wear, with the original packaging, will be refunded. Return postage is at the buyers expense, alternatively products can be dropped of at our storefront, when this is established.
